"We ordered a pizza from our motel room and were told it would take 25 minutes. After waiting an hour, we called to check on it and were told it would arrive in a few more minutes. A total of 75 minutes after our initial call, our pizza was finally delivered. There was no discount offered and no apology for the delay. To top it off, the pizza was one of the worst I've ever had, with a streaky crust that was just terrible."
