"I placed an online order and was given a pickup time of 12:05, but my order wasn't ready until 12:37. Meanwhile, they allowed 8 to 9 customers to leave after informing them that their orders would take around 25 minutes. This is simply unacceptable. Management needs to realize that they need to hire more staff. It's not right to let customers leave the store unsatisfied."
