"Very convenient Hotel restaurant however they are severely understaffed. I arrived at 5 p.m. and had to flag down a waiter what you doing to order before happy hour was over at 5:30 p.m. I also ordered a dinner special that was burger and fries with a glass of wine that was the Monday night special. The happy hour finishes at 5:30 and the dinner starts at 5:30. My check was time in at exactly at 5:30 but the restaurant manager said he cannot not offer both promotions because they happy hour ends at 5:29. I pointed out that I was waiting for half an hour before I could order but he says that's their policy it's not ringing the Happy Hour end at dinner promotion at the same time although that is not what the menu says. Great live entertainment tonight and again great atmosphere but extremely poor customer service. Recommended for convenience but not for customer satisfaction."

"Friendly staff but food is as basic as they come, both in flavor and quality. Area is small, so not a big selection. One tray of everything so things run out quick. Food isn’t bad but not a place I would ever seek out unless I was actually staying at the Radisson and needed a quick bite but even then the most upsetting part was the price for such low quality bland food."
