We typically order thin crust (99% of the time), but we’ve sampled all the crust options, and the thin crust here is simply outstanding. Sal's special is a fantastic appetizer, and the margherita pizza satisfies fans of bianca pizza beautifully. Personally, I adore the Italian beef and giardiniera, and I believe they use a local giardiniera maker, which is a great touch. Overall, this is my favorite local restaurant in the area, and it’s a must-try. I might spend a surprisingly significant portion of my income here, but it’s worth every penny.
