"First of all the young girl at the counter was very unpleasant. She didn't even say hello when I said hello. She just looked very angry and like she didn't want to be there. No personality what's so ever. Secondly the place reeked of very strong pinesol where it burns your nose. 3rd the sandwiches were very bad. No flavor didn't put hardly and mayonnaise on them or avocado.. this was out first time eating there. But it is our last ill say that. We were so disappointed. So many other good subshops around. Don't waste your money on this mr. Pickles on fairoaks blv. Thank you"

"great hole in the wall for some great wings! they have a very large selection of aromen. some very unique. I had a Buffalo chicken lower part and Cajun long distances. both were excellent. I wish I had diverted myself and tried some of the more unique wing sauces because the cajun ranch was hooked. the fries were also amazing! the lady who worked the register (one) made us a great work and 4 children with a long ticket. she moved the dinge smoothly. visit Chex’s on our next trip to charlotte!"

"Dropped by today to try their chili because I read online that it was homemade and was very disappointed. First: there were two guy’s there, one blond w/ ponytail and the other guy with the black hair and he was slightly rude and seemed irritated that he had to help. Asked him a question and he just pointed over to the wall. Then when i got the chili, after he put it in the cup he came over to the counter and just threw the bag on the counter. Just rude and miserable.The chili was disgusting, cold and not homemade like I thought. It was chili definitely from a can. (If u can’t tell the difference from homemade and can chili then something is wrong. The atmosphere here is very dark and not inviting at all. They had dirty dishes sitting over by the trash can and it was overall just a tacky experience."

"Wow! I was really impressed by the service. I went through the drive-thru feeling quite hungry and decided to check out Zaky, which has great reviews. It was 8:30 PM, and they had stopped allowing dine-in customers, but the woman at the register kindly made an exception because I was with my 93-year-old mother. I ordered one delicious chicken shawarma to share, and the friendly staff even gave us an extra one for free! The food was served quickly, fresh, and incredibly tasty. I'm really glad we chose to stop here. I hope to come back soon—no one will be disappointed!"

"First time and last time here. My complaint is the customer service. I guess the guy helping me was new and put too much chicken on my plate. The guy taking the order was actually very helpful explaining what you can choose for your sides and base. When he gave my order to the lady working the register she actually counted the pieces of chicken and told him you only give six pieces for the one protein plate combo. I get it, you have a business and need to make sure people know the proper portion to serve, but the perception you give to your customer when you count the pieces and then remove the extra two pieces before charging them is just not a good look. Also, they provide one very small portion of sauce. If you would like an additional small portion of sauce it will be .99 cents. You have been forewarned!"
