"The dining experience was, on average, disappointing. We had enjoyed a great meal from here before New Year's Eve while staying with family, but unfortunately, last night did not live up to that standard. A significant part of the issue was the incredibly slow service. We were certainly not the only patrons who felt this way. It seemed they had only three staff members trying to manage everything—serving tables while also handling takeout orders. The poor woman who was taking care of our table, along with a few others, clearly had too much on her plate. Our children's meals and our sushi arrived, and we were nearly finished eating before my partner's cooked dish finally came out. My soup salad also came only after I had to ask if it had been forgotten or if I simply hadn't ordered it. There was a "Help Wanted" sign in the window, and I really hope they find some additional staff soon."
