"*Buyer beware* This restaurant is fraudulent! I dined here in December 2023. They used an electronic point of sale (which I thought would minimize fraud). Unfortunately, they still took advantage of me by altering what I had initially entered, thus charging my credit card a larger amount than what I had in fact authorized. Thankfully, I kept the receipt, proving that I had in fact authorized a lower amount.I brought this to management’s attention a month ago. I provided them a copy of my receipt and screenshots of my bank statement. I requested that they investigate and resolve this. I've since followed up with multiple emails and phone calls, but haven’t heard anything from Home Team!What a horrible way to treat customers…fraudulently alter their bill after they’ve paid, then give them the silent treatment when they reach out for clarity support. You’ve lost my business!"
