"I have always been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut, but I will never order from them again! I ordered a taco salad, but there was hardly any salad in it. When I called to address this, the man who claimed to be the owner yelled at me, insisting that he had included two handfuls of salad, and then he abruptly hung up! I tried to call back three times, but he refused to talk to me. Even after he supposedly went to get more salad, he still wouldn't engage with me to ensure I was satisfied as a customer. It was clear he was not the actual owner, thank goodness, because he was rude, sweaty, and unpleasant to deal with. The whole experience was enough to ruin my appetite for what my family had for dinner! Auldine Ferrell was a major disappointment as a manager."
