"I do not understand the quality of the individuals working at this establishment. When I called to place an order, the person who identified himself as the owner was rude, difficult to understand, and answered calls in a disrespectful manner. He put me on hold briefly while switching me to another call. I initially requested delivery since I had ordered from this place before and assumed they had my information on file. After 15 minutes, I called back to inquire about my order, only to be told to pick it up instead. I reminded the owner that I had requested delivery, and he reacted childishly and incoherently. From what I have read online, this seems to be a common occurrence. He eventually hung up on me. This will be my last time contacting this establishment, and I will share my negative experience on my digital platforms. Customer service and communication skills need improvement for this business to succeed. I recommend replacing the immature individual who claims to be the owner, as his behavior is unacceptable."
