"I have been a long standing customer from back when there was only 1 location. We ordered out today, and I placed an order for an Ananas Special. I bit into the sub, something was off. I opened up the sub and realized they forgot to add the turkey. I called Ananas and instead of saying come back sorry for the mix up something anything, whoever was on the phone insisted he put the turkey and I was wrong. While I’m staring at my sandwich that clearly was made incorrectly, a sorry about that would have been acceptable. I ended up hanging up because I wasn’t getting anywhere and I wasn’t about to argue over a slice of Turkey for the next 10 mins. I am writing this hoping the owner will see this post, and perhaps address his employees on customer service. It’s so off putting to get a response like that, and it doesn’t make me want to come back."
