"We dined here during our visit to Vermont over the holidays. Great service! The popover was a nice touch; we could have eaten more than one. Pauline 's touted having been named Best Filet Mignon in South Burlington and it probably was, but with a send-up like that, especially after taking care to caution our server no more than medium , it was a let down get it on the far side of medium, bordering on well done. It was not -too- dry, but there was no evidence of it being pepper-encrusted . Maybe their chef was out that evening, or just having a bad day? Still, while this might truly be the Best Filet Mignon in South Burlington , it wasn 't the best I have ever enjoyed, and not worth their $42.00 asking price, IMHO. Great atmosphere and service, but Pauline 's probably wouldn 't be our first choice again."

"I would advise caution before giving your money to this owner. I arrived with a Groupon and was informed that it was dine-in only. That was fine, but since I knew I likely wouldn't finish two crepes, I asked the Domino's employee next door for two paper plates to take my leftovers home. He had no problem with it. However, when I returned, the owner of Boba and Crepes refused to serve me because I had the plates. He even called the police, who said I needed to leave but suggested that I report him to Groupon and share my experience in this review. The owner's behavior was quite unethical, and he didn't strike me as a nice person or a good businessman. Completely outrageous!"

"The food and drinks at this restaurant are excellent and the customer service is good. However, as a concerned customer, I would like to suggest that the staff be required to tie or cover their hair neatly. One of the servers has very long hair (reaching her waist) and it accidentally touched an uncovered bubble tea when she turned around. Additionally, it would be beneficial to provide proper training on the correct usage of gloves. It is important to change gloves when moving from handling money to touching food for safety reasons. Thank you and keep up the great work."

"We enjoyed a nice pre-theater light dinner on a frigid Saturday evening in February. We liked the choice of sweet or savory crepes and the several choices within each category. The crepes were nicely thin. The ham and cheese with tomato and spinach and the nutella with whited cream were both very tasty. We also enjoyed the large latte and the selections were reaonably priced. Friendly and attentive family business. We would return if we are in the area."

"Sweets are one of my guilty pleasures, eventhough I really don't have a sweet tooth. Came here late one night from a concert in the city. We do desserts after concerts to tame our parched lungs from screaming and singing (and sometimes drooling...IYKWIM). What we ordered: Takoyaki- it was your typical ready made takoyaki balls that you deep fried to heat it up. Topped with mayo, takoyaki sauce, and Bonito flakes. Careful biting into these little balls as they will burn your mouth. Cha-Thai Roti- fried, flaky Roti topped with thai tea sauce and thai tea flavored scoop of ice cream. Paired perfectly together, the sweetness of the sauce and the coolness of the ice cream balances it all together. It is sweet but not too sweet that it'll make your head hurts from sugar overload. Strawberry Croffle- this one is only available while supplies lasts during that day. We were lucky enough to still get to order this one. It's served with half of butter croissant (croffle) topped with vanilla whipped cream and fresh strawberries. It also came with strawberry sauce and vanilla ice cream on the side. The crunchy croffle was just buttery goodness with the strawberry, sauce and ice cream mixed together. You can't go wrong with this pairings. We downed these sweet and savory pairing with more sweets. Iced Thai tea and Iced ovaltine to wash it all away was refreshing. You'd think this is just too much dessert, but shared within the 3 of us on our table, it was delightful. The place is on a small side so if it's packed, you have to wait for a while. They have a wait list outside their store to get your name in. Their service was speedy so you won't have to wait long. It's also a plus that they are friendly and inviting here so I would definitely come back for more."

"Found this place last week by chance after having dinner at a local Mexican restaurant. They had been open 2 weeks. Bought the Baklava and is one if the best I’ve had. Stopped again tonight after a birthday dinner for my wife instead of going to 2 Johns for dessert. The cheese crepe was delicious and I couldn’t pass up the Baklava again. Everything was delicious and, in my opinion, not overpriced. I definitely will be back. Good luck with your new venture."

"I'm convinced this place is a front for a money laundering operation. They're either hardly ever open or, when they are, they seem completely unable to provide any service and have no knowledge of their own products. I asked about bubble tea, and they had no clue what it was, despite having pictures of it on their front door. I attempted to buy bubble tea three times. The first time, they had no tapioca prepared. The second time, there were four employees, and none of them knew how to make it. On another occasion, I noticed that all the bubble tea powders were expired—clearly left there as mere decoration while they cover up some sort of illegal activity. Today, I showed up to find their front door smashed in, probably due to altercations involving their bosses linked to the drug cartel."
