"The food at this restaurant is still excellent, but unfortunately, the service has drastically declined. We waited a long time for a server to even come to our table, and they did not check in to see if we needed more drinks or clear our table. The kitchen, however, was efficient in getting our food out in a timely manner. The servers seemed to be preoccupied and not attentive to us or other tables. At one point, we noticed four servers chatting near the hostess area instead of attending to customers. I had to approach the hostess to request a server for our table. If the food did not taste so good, I would not consider returning. As someone who used to work in the hospitality industry, I am usually a generous tipper, but we only left 10% due to the poor experience."
