"The bread is freshly baked, and every sandwich I've had here has been excellent. My only issue is that the staff isn't very welcoming, and the prices are a bit steep for a basic sandwich. The woman who seems to be the manager or owner is quite unfriendly; she never smiles and always rushes you at the payment counter. However, the cashier is very nice and friendly. She speaks Spanish, which is incredibly helpful when I bring some of my employees who don't speak any English. She's the only person who's ever tried to have a conversation with me. I often wonder how she copes with the other woman hovering over her. Despite the service issues, I keep returning because the food is fantastic. The guys preparing the sandwiches are very efficient, and while the guy who takes your order is also friendly, he’s the only one."
