"My husband and I wanted to try Ika for the first time and called in a take out order for 4 sushi rolls at 5:40. Sent my husband in to pick up our order at 6 and we were told no order existed for us. When I called back to make sure I had called the correct location, I was told that they remembered me ordering but had forgotten to send our order to the kitchen. So we had driven/waited for nothing.
