"The service took over an hour and a half to deliver our food, which arrived cold. Although they reheated it for us, the prime rib was 60% fat and extremely overpriced. Additionally, the towel holder in the women's bathroom was broken. I understand they were short-staffed, but the long wait and poor food quality were disappointing. Overall, my experience was very unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this restaurant or return in the future."
