"This is my favorite coffee shop in all of the Pacific Northwest. It's locally owned by an amazing woman who truly cares about her staff and the local community. The layout and interior design of Thatchers are modern, warm, and thoughtfully done. I absolutely love the percolator pendant lights, the communal table, and the enormous chalkboard art that gets updated regularly. The baked goods are incredibly delicious, with my favorite being the shortbread cookie. They serve a variety of coffee from different roasters, including Onyx, Roseline, and Proud Mary. The selection of tea blends is also impressive. Plus, they have great merchandise and, without a doubt, the best greeting cards. I always pick up something when I’m there for upcoming birthdays or special occasions."
