"We usually love this place, today however there was a situation. A staff member jumped in disgusts at a pest behind the counter and I overheard her tell the manager she didn’t see where it went. When we locked eyes, I immediately lost my appetite. I know they know I overheard the situation, instead of trying ti ease my mind or even just ignore it, they proceeded to giggle and make jokes to each other about my obvious loss of appetite, making our experience even worse. I didn’t make an issue at the counter or complain or ask for a refund because really, I get these things happen in the city but the lack of professionalism, even in a fast food establishment was extremely off putting…"
