"We visited KC Thai for the first time on November 11, and we loved it so much that we ordered from there again on November 15! That should tell you how great our initial experience was. The restaurant itself is lovely, and I'm looking forward to dining in soon and trying some imported beer. The decor is modern and fresh, and I admire that the owner, Penny, personally handles all her flower arrangements and landscaping.
Without a doubt, my favorite dish is the Tom Kha Soup, which I was recently introduced to by a friend. How did I not know about this delicious soup before? It’s so unique! The combination of coconut milk, lime, lemongrass, and cilantro really brings it to life—it's truly a fiesta for my taste buds! I always ask for extra cilantro on top.
The staff has been incredibly friendly during both visits, and I really appreciate that warm service. Honestly, my wallet might take a hit from frequenting KC Thai because I can't wait to explore even more of the menu. I also need to check out her other location, Bamboo Penny's, soon!"
