"I recently spoke with Kelly Hunter, the HR Administrator, about being double charged at the Carolina Ale House White Oak location. Unfortunately, she was rude and dismissive during our conversation. She mentioned that this issue occurs frequently, which is concerning. It seemed like she wasn't worried at all that their vendor, BB&T Merchant Services, is unintentionally taking money from customers. It's frustrating to feel penalized for supporting your restaurant."
