"We had a party of six for breakfast, and while the service was excellent, we encountered several issues with the food. The waitress quickly brought the manager over, but he was immediately aggressive and rude. We received cold potatoes, eggshells in the omelets, and tasteless biscuits and gravy. To make matters worse, the manager told us that if we didn’t like it, we should go elsewhere. This experience has cost them our business for good."
