"I’ve had better experiences here. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and though I made a reservation asking for standard dining, they tried to seat us outside. This happened the last time we were there, also with a reservation asking for standard dining. I objected as I’ve sat outside there in winter before and I was cold despite the heat lamps. Just not for me. I asked the hostess why this keeps happening and was told you have to request an inside table in the comments. Duly noted. We were then seated at a very noisy high top in the bar area near the bathrooms, and the table banged against the wall to the point I had to stuff my napkin between the table and the wall to keep it steady. I asked for another napkin when we ordered drinks and the bartender forgot. Food was awesome, service meh, I’ll be VERY specific when I make my next reservation at Cranellis."

"We went there on a Friday night with about 15 people, the food was excellent. Came back the next night with a group of 11 families totaling about 50 people , they gave us the private dining area, food was excellent again, they took complete care of our group. A big thank you to the staff, when our group comes back to the Bedford area again, I know at least 11 families that will be back to dine with the Bedford OIP !!!"

"Awesome food and great service. If your looking for a fast food place then dont eat here. But if you want true authentic, fresh made to order Italian food, the best neapolitan pizza then this is place for you. There was a diner besides us who must've thought this was a fast food pizza joint. He seemed in a rush and could wait 10 minutes for his food. Sadly he missed on an opportunity to have excellent true italian food his loss. But we will definitely be back. Keep up the good work"

"Service was great but cook can't cook a steak to save his life apparently. 3 out of 4 steaks overcooked and he just decided we were all against him and he cooked them like a boss. Fail."

"We went to this restaurant for the first time on Father's Day and knew we would be returning before even receiving our food. Here are some reasons why we loved it: 1. They offer gluten-free crust at no extra charge and it can be any size you want. 2. They allow substitutions. 3. They have gluten-free beer available. 4. There are at least 2 vegetarian pizza options (excluding build-your-own). The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and everything was clean. We can't wait to go back!"
