"The food is honestly great and if we order during the week, our order is usually ready within the timeframe given on the phone. However, every time we order on a Friday or Saturday, our orders are never ready on time. For example, my husband arrived exactly 32 mins after the order was placed we had been told our food would be ready in 25 mins. After paying for our meal, and then waiting 10 more mins, he asked if our order was going to be ready soon? He said the two older adults ignored him, the young man mumbled something about my pasta dinner and that the young woman up front said she had no idea? So, 57 mins after placing the order, my husband was finally given our sandwich and pasta dinner. This restaurant needs to be more accurate with the wait times given to their customers. I mean, if they would just have told us 55 minutes when we placed the order, the aggravation associated with the added wait time at the extremely hot restaurant could have been completely avoided."
