How about removing the last of the shell before you smear your sauce on everything? And maybe even make sure they are cooked correctly? Shrimp shouldn?t be rubbery. The service itself was good. They need to stop being stingy with shrimp, they need a better cook, or at least one who understands shrimp, and one who pays better attention to detail. I do appreciate the fact that I received such a fast response from the business for the review. Looking through my review history and making a comment on it was very unprofessional. It was more of a hurt feeling response than a business response. Since you wanted to bring up supply chain issues as a reason for giving five shrimp, perhaps you should explain to diners that they will be receiving less portions because of the supply chain issues prior to them ordering? Have you adjusted the price on your menu for not being able to provide the same portions due to supply chain issues? I would wager that is not the case. The server did a great job. Perhaps before you do a response to a review, you should think about your response first. Have a wonderful day."
