"DO NOT order for delivery. There ice cream may taste ok…I cannot be sure it was never received…and they refuse to help. They did not deliver to UPS in time to be shipped for the holiday and they are trying to blame UPS and tell me I need to make a claim. That is absurd. I want my money back. They ruined a gift! What awful and careless customer service. They won’t even speak to me on the phone. They will only email. How horrible to treat your customers like that."
