"On 09/17/2023, we ordered takeout from The Brown Jug to be delivered to our hotel near the airport. We had just arrived from an overseas trip and were extremely jet lagged. Our order consisted of one Tuscany pizza and one Caesar salad to share. The restaurant promised delivery within an hour and it arrived on time at 5:30 pm. The delivery person, named Linda I believe, was very friendly. She delivered our order along with another customer's order at the same time. The other customer checked their order first and seemed satisfied. Linda then handed us our order, and we, exhausted from our journey, foolishly assumed it would be correct without checking. When we opened the bag in our room, we discovered that the Tuscany pizza was missing the pesto topping and we had received potato skins instead of our Caesar salad. Despite our fatigue, we managed to eat one slice of pizza before going straight to bed. It was disappointing to have both items in our order incorrect."
