However, she didn’t hesitate for a second when I asked if she could accommodate my child's allergies. She went above and beyond by making a fresh batch of pretzels, thoroughly disinfecting the tray, using separate utensils, and confirming the order with me multiple times—all while maintaining a warm smile. I felt incredibly grateful that such a kind person took the time to help us on a busy Sunday afternoon. Her small act of kindness truly moved me to tears. I will keep her and the staff in my prayers, hoping that they remain happy, healthy, and well-staffed so they can continue their wonderful work!"
