"The best of many worlds. So many of the restaurants in Poulsbo are either too beautiful for children or clichés to eat any fun. The loft balances and exists in the tension of being sexy enough for a hot date, but not so fluctuating that it "can not accommodate the children if you need a family place to eat. I will also get my only complaint out of the way, that is that the music is played a little loud and annoyed. The music made it sound like a nightclub and I'm just not the nightclub type. Besides the loud music, the atmosphere is perfect. What can be better than looking at water on all sides while the sun sets? The answer is nothing, so order that Margarita or something on Hahn and for something good food. So the Mr. and I started the Jalapeño cheese dive in the evening, which was fabulous. We split a bowl to die for Seafood Chowder. It was serious about the best Chowder I ever had. But they don't serve the boy every night. I ordered the Seafood Chimichanga and Hubs ordered the Halibut fish and chips. Both were excellent, but it's kind of hard to screw a fish and chips, so I wouldn't stick too much on it. The seafood Chimichanga was a bit tasty and unique. Hubs tried to steal more and more bites when it was from me because the flavors were just such a good mix of seafood, spicy, with corn inside that scream my taste buds YUM! Give us more! Seriously, if I come back, I'll order it. I was also here for happy hour, and the small plates I tried were the bathroom, the salmon cake, and the steak lime tacos and all were great flavors and they have a wide selection of drinks on tap. If you find yourself in Poulsbo, my best advice is for you to make your way to The Loft to enjoy the food, drinks, service and view."
