"We had our company Holiday dinner on and received terrible service for a bill considering was the fixed gratuity. Our server that was the only female on staff that night could not give a straight answer of what drinks were on happy hour. We had people in our party and all ordered at the same time aside from three people. Five received their meals while the rest of the table waited over minutes for their food. When we inquired where the food was the waitress said "Sorry, your order was lost in the vortex". First, we tried to call and speak with the owner, we left a message with staff who said they would call us back. No reply One of the things that we wanted clarification of was being charged "cocktail prep" charges. There was nothing unusual as to what we ordered. One of our members husband is a bartender and even he does not know what the charges are about This was posted on Yelp, the review and it was buried under much older reviews. Hmmmmm. Restaurant must be paying for the review-removals. I did received a reply from the owner, and this is exactly how it was typed, from Nectaly M. "I HATE IT WHEN STUFF GOES TOTE VORTEX!!!! THE ONLY WAY WE CAN FIX IT IS BY CALLING MORPHIAS FROM THE MATRIX SO HE CAN CALL NEO!!!! WE ARE SORRY IM GOING INTO THE MATRIX NOW TO F......... that was me disappearing. I am the business owner. I tried to get a reasonable "right to the wrongs we experienced or make up for the bad service and non disclosures for presumably trumped up charges. I give people and businesses a chance to correct mistakes. For a small bill, no problem. This was well over a thousand dollars. I am disappointed for the lack of responsibility and will not return here. Neither will any of our staff and extended family. V"

"My husband and I have LOVED Prime up until our last visit. The menu has recently changed drastically. We understand many restaurants change through the course of the year and both being in the restaurant industry ourselves, don’t fault a chef change when it happens. However, prices have become higher than they originally were for less meal. Steak prices used to be average to what you would find at another steak house a year ago, but our most recent time, they have increased by at least $30. That originally wasn’t an issue, as now the steaks came with sides, when previously you had to order them separately. However, the strip steak I ordered came with 2 fingerling potatoes cut in half and two mushrooms. My husbands 98 dollar ribeye came with maybe a handful of asparagus and 3 fork fulls of “potato purée”. If you are going to include these as sides, don’t make them just a garnish. It is extremely misleading. The steaks themselves were average at best. They were nothing special taste wise and my husband did not even eat half of his because half of his ‘medium rare’ steak was extremely undercooked. He did mention that the Red Robin onion straws, which weren’t mentioned on the menu, piled on top of it was an interesting touch. Overall, we were excited to try the new menu when we heard it was changing to be less of a special occasion place, and more of a reasonable restaurant. Instead we paid more money than we ever have at this restaurant, for a very disappointing meal. Our biggest takeaway is that we’re glad we have leftovers at home."
