"This particular location tends to have inconsistent customer service. My friend and I placed two mobile orders, and while we were greeted upon arriving at the drive-thru, the experience quickly took a turn. The staff member at the window asked for the name on the order, then abruptly closed the window after handing us one bag and walked away. When she noticed we were still at the window, she reopened it and asked what we were waiting for. I explained that we had a second order, and she handed me another bag before once again turning to leave.
When she came back to the window, she only cracked it open instead of fully opening it. I requested BBQ sauce and jelly, and she provided just one BBQ sauce and three jelly packets for our order of four pieces of chicken, two biscuits, and three sides. I asked for more sauce, and she informed me that they charge for extra. I pointed out that we had two orders and had only received one sauce. She acknowledged this but insisted that there was still a charge. Rather than argue over two sauces, I reluctantly paid the 50 cents plus tax.
Overall, this staff member displayed poor customer service skills and came off as rude and unfriendly. As a restaurant general manager myself, I believe that employees like her should not be in direct contact with customers. Perhaps she would be better suited working in the kitchen, away from customers. For reference, she is a Latina woman in her late 20s or early 30s with dental braces."
