"This place was a treat for an anniversary dinner for me and my wife. She had never had Teppanyaki (Hibachi) so I had to show her. The restaurant was easily located, and has good parking. The decor was fair, and as expected. Hosts were friendly, and our waiter greeted us and took our drinks and appetizer order. Our chef was the highlight. Typical teppanyaki flair and gimmicks, but very well done. My wife had a blast. We ordered some sushi, and the steak and shrimp (hibachi) dinner, and the seafood combo (hibachi) dinner. The chef cooked it well, and cooked it quick. The steak portion was a bit small and thin, and more of a medium well than medium rare as ordered, but very good in the end. I regret not getting the chateaubriand. Their soup included with the meal was incredible. Fried rice and the veggies also were well seasoned and cooked. Unfortunately while the chef was performing, the waiter ran off with my soup and salad before I was done. Big disappointment. Overall, we cannot wait to return and try more food. They have an impressive selection of sushi that I look forward to exploring in the future."

"Amazing food. Huge portions. I thought I had seen it all with hibachi (my favorite) but this guy had some new tricks!!! The sauces were all amazing and they gave us a bunch to go! "The food is pretty good. We tried Grilled Chicken Ramen and Angus Beef rolls. Rolls are very interesting. Never tried rolls with meat. It's like if you want a steak and sushi at the same time. Taste good though. Ramen was lacking a bit of spice to my taste. Had to add up some wasabi to it. And there was a little piece of egg shell in it. But the atmosphere is rather noisy. I'd prefer something quieter Sunday evening."

"Bad service and long waiting time. It took them 30 mins to serve an ice cream and 45 mins to serve a bento box, and the restaurant was not crowdedat all.. I was ordering food with the waiter and he suddenly turned his back to serve other tables, and it took him a few minutes to get back to me. The old waitress was very rude. I told her the waiting time was too long and she suddenly got irritated and said its just 45 mins! Come on, 45 mins for a bento box? Are you kidding me? The food quality is not good either. I only tried the shumai and sushi in the bento, and had to spit out both. For the food quality and quantity, the price is too high. Definitely a rip off. I will never go again!"

"Savannah was an amazing server. The hibachi chicken was absolutely delicious, and there was no extra charge for the fried rice, even though it wasn't cooked in front of us. We arrived early, right at opening time at 11:30. I live about 2 miles away and have to pass at least 15 other Asian restaurants, but Kobe Japanese is definitely the best one south of Atlanta."

"I have a good understanding of the world and social gatherings. I even called ahead to make a reservation, but nobody informed us that they had closed early. We drove an hour only to find out upon arrival. The last customer was just leaving when we got there. My little ones were really disappointed, not just by the fact that we were turned away, but by the manner in which we were treated. We couldn't even place a takeout order, and this was well before the state's 8 PM closing time."

"The service was friendly, but it took an incredibly long time. We waited 20 minutes just for our drink orders to be taken, and another 20 minutes before our hibachi chef arrived. The performance aspect was enjoyable, as expected, but the food fell short of our expectations. Everything was drenched in teriyaki sauce. I was hoping my wife's chicken would taste different from my steak and scallops, but they all had the same flavor. We could easily get the same quality of food at a Japanese fast food place in the mall food court. I might return for the bar and sushi, but I won't be coming back for the hibachi experience."

"We attended a surprise birthday party with around 30 guests, and the service from the waitstaff was excellent. The food was fantastic! We ordered the sushi for two combo, and my partner and I also enjoyed soup and salad, along with edamame and a variety of sushi. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back!"

"The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated and offers a pleasant ambiance. The booths feature high backs and thin individual cushions, while the tables are paired with well-padded chairs for comfort. The menu is impressive, showcasing a wide variety of Japanese dishes. The sushi is outstanding, and the prices are excellent given the generous portions and high quality of the food. Soft drinks are served in original plastic bottles, which you can pour into a glass with ice if you prefer, and you have the option to take any leftovers home with you. The green tea is available hot or cold and is sourced from Japan. The udon noodles in soup are particularly tasty. Among the many sushi places I've tried in Collin County, this one has quickly risen to one of my top three favorites. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Takeout containers are also available. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning."

"Eastern Pearl in Webster, MA hands down has some of the best Asian /Chinese cuisine. They offer great tasting sushi, pupu platter is amazing, Their house rice is a meal on its own. Due to the house rice has chicken, pork (from boneless spareribs), egg, shrimp, peas, carrots, onions (it is white jasmine rice with no soy sauce added). Always great service. Large bar area and plenty of seating. 2 TV"s great drink options. Handicap accessible ramp and tables. Great kids options. Large parking lot and street parking. Closed on Tuesdays. "What can I say about this phenomenal place? A lot. Works hard and always polite. When he learned that my brother died, he prepared his usual order for me free in the honor of my brother. He didn't have to, but he did. 2. The staff is sweet, friendly and talented. They prepare the excellent tasting food quickly, efficiently, and I never see anyone complaining. You're brilliant. 3. Bathrooms are clean. Regularly checked. 4. Sweet tea. It's one of my favorite spots to grab this southern nectar. If the owner was not so brilliant, this would be listed #1. 5. Clean place to sit and eat. 6. He supports special needs families. 7. Watch the pots running out of beaver. You're not his fault. 8. Sushi is good here. 9. There are other quick serve hibachi here, and while there are some people who really like this restaurant, Mon Cafe not overload and serve subpar food. I never had a wrong order, overload or bad food from Mon Cafe. 10. There is a point reward system here. $10 spent for every $100. It'll add up before you know. I discovered a few decades ago. It is full of good memories, good food and good prices."

"The food is horrifyingly sweet. I had the curry and it tasted like a desert due to the amount of sugar they added. Also the pork skewers are not even Thai, they?re American BBQ, also very sweet!! I had high hopes of eating at an authentic Thai restaurant,but this just isn?t it. Maybe there are other dishes don?t have as much sugar? I?m not sure if I want to go back to find out."
