"I have visited this restaurant frequently and placed a takeout order over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff was busy as usual, so I paid and waited. While waiting, an employee informed me that my order was almost ready. Shortly after, another employee apologized for the delay. A few minutes later, a coworker offered me extra sauces to try and even gave me a dessert for my patience. Although it took a little longer than I expected, I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service. In today's service industry, common courtesy seems to be on the decline, but this restaurant exceeded my expectations."
