"This was my second visit to this restaurant, and I have to say, my first experience was fantastic! Unfortunately, this time my coworker and I were very disappointed. The food was cold, and the oxtails were anything but tender; they were tough instead of falling off the bone. The rice and plantains were also hard. I left feeling hungry and disheartened."
