"This was a great spot, especially for burgers but now I doubt I will ever go back. I joined my dad, who was visiting, and a neighbor for dinner Wednesday (11/16). Soft drinks took over 15 minutes to reach the table when my sister and I joined the party after 10 minutes of waiting. Trivia was awesome and so was the sweet and spicy cauliflower. I initially thought I would return from looking at the drink menu. I saw they have my favorite beer company on draft (7 tribesman). The service from our server, however, was absolutely abysmal. Her attitude the entire night was apathetic and all around rude. My sister and I chose to try a burger assuming it would be just as good as the last time we were there, when it was Ramsey Tap Room. We ordered the burger medium rare with mayo instead of mustard and with gruyere. The burger (after 50-60 minutes of waiting after we ordered) came out lukewarm and very well done without mayo and with American cheese. Theresa didnt bring any share plates or utensils for us. We had to get the utensils from the bar. She simply said Ok after we told her the issues with the burger. Grabbed the plate with a discourteous attitude. After 20 minutes, the burger came back well done but not as dry and bit hotter. My sister and I were so hungry we just ate it. It was not worth it. We asked Theresa for salt, pepper, and ketchup and another glass of prosecco when the first two dishes came out. After 15 minutes, I went to the bar for all the missing items. I had to go to the bar multiple times. The bartender was Tara; she was the only reason that I didnt give one star. She was very apologetic about the deplorable service. We were there for almost 2.5 hours and experienced laughably poor food service and upsettingly awful table service. Seriously one of the worst servers I 've experienced."
