"DON'T ORDER ONLINE. Delicious sub sandwiches, especially if you're not in the mood for the typical fast food. Just order when you're not in any hurry, orders typically take 45 min to 1 hour if you order online. It's better to order once you get there sothat it'll get made sooner. Seems like they could use some more help during lunch and dinner rush."

"This was my first and last time visit. First, there was no parking and it was so bad, cars just parked in the roads. I know they don't have anything to do that (fyi).Ok, that was the nastiest sandwich I have had from a Jersey Mike's. There was hardly any meat. I paid for double meat and got a single portion. What made it bad was a salt sandwich. It was so salty that I took two bites and threw the rest of it away. I drove 30 minutes for a salt sandwich. I had paid for it in my app, and what a mistake. I don't know why their employees feel too over salt that meat. It's a good cut of meat, and if you salt the sandwich before mine, you don't need salt or very little. That was just a horrible sandwich. The whole team needs to be retrained on how to cook their meat. I will not be going back for another try. Some of the reviews are spot on with the meat and taste. If you're going to eat here, don't take it home. Eat it there!!!"

"Order from this Jersey Mikes fairly often, but will not be doing so anymore. Their quality has been slipping in regards to orders being correct and proper. The latest issue was ordering online and receiving a completely different sandwich. After calling the store, they informed us there was nothing they could do and referred us to the manager, who we called. She said she was not going to refund the sandwich because it was incorrect. The sandwich plus processing, delivery, and tip was well over $15. She continued to explain that she had new staff and was requiring to refund a number of orders recently. I hate to sound harsh, but I missed the part where that is my problem?All I wanted was what I purchased or a refund for the single sandwich.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this establishment to avoid dinner time errors followed by management that doesn’t care they screwed up."

"Had a fantastic experience at this location, far better than the Coors and Irving store, employees where quick and friendly, especially the tall guys Juan and Anthony who where working when I went by. I ordered four subs and two giants, and they absolutely knocked it out in no time. Lobby is always clean from the four times ive visited total, overall I'd say I've had great experiences at this store, and it makes it qorth the extra seven minutes to drive there. Wish there was a larger chip and cookie selection, but the sandwiches are phenomenal, and I always appreciative that after every sandwich they make, they clean their work station for the next one, even if multiple sandwiches are going to the same person. I'd say this Jersey Mikes is worth the visit, especially if your like me and have had distasteful encounters with other stores, these guys know what they are doing, and have never missed a beat. Thank you Jersey Mikes!"

"I normally love Jersey Mike?s! They have the BEST subs around, hands down. However, I was let down this last time I was there. I placed an online order for pickup and while most of the subs were correct with what was ordered, some were not. Especially aroast beef sub that was ordered. I took one bite of the sandwich, and while it did taste good, there was hardly any meat on thesandwich whatsoever! If there was 2 slices of roast beef on this whole sub, that was being generous. Most of the sandwich waslettuce, which I asked for light lettuce and received about 1/2 lb, no lie. Some of the other sandwiches were missingingredients that were asked for. It?s situations like this that make people not want to use the order ahead feature and justorder it in store. This way, they have to make it in front of you and you know you?re getting what you?re asking for. Becauseyou have no idea that your sandwiches are not what you ordered until you get home and open them up. At that point, who reallywants to have to go back out, go back to the restaurant and go through the whole process over again. That was the point of orderahead. Just a huge let down from a place that I know normally does a better job than this."

"I ordered through the app and specifically instructed in CAPS: DO NOT ADD EXTRA MARINARA SAUCE TO MY SANDWICH. I opted for a toasted sandwich but instead received a soggy one with slimy cooked spinach and lettuce. The inside of the bread was not toasted. It seems that Subway prepares the entire sandwich before toasting it to melt the cheese, but I do not want cooked veggies on my sandwich. Toasting the bread first would help prevent the sogginess. They should toast the bread, add the meat and cheese, melt the cheese, and then add the veggies. The sandwich I got was just really soggy. UGH. I think I’ll be looking for a Quiznos instead."

"HAIR IN FOOD. We’ve all found hair in our food but I’ve never found a clump of hair like this! Went in on a Friday and the line took about 20 minutes to get our food. The people in front of me sent their food back, which should have been a sign, but I had already waited this long. When I got home I found this huge and disgusting clump of hair right as I opened the packaging. I called immediately and the manager told me he wrote down my info and to go in the next day and get my refund. Saturday comes around and I go to get my refund and they tell me they can’t refund me and there isn’t any info of me calling the day before. The manager and staff all asked multiple times if I want my order remade. I could not express enough how much I did NOT want my order remade because of how disgusted I was by my order. How does a clump of hair that big go unnoticed!? The manager told me he called his GM and she didn’t answer so I just asked him to have the GM call me directly. I get a call on Monday and the GM assures me that I will get my refund, I even offered more info than was asked to make sure I got my refund. I ordered on April 7, 2024 and talked to the GM on April 10, 2024. It is now April 19, 2024 and have not received any refund. Normally any company would refund immediately based on the circumstances, especially taking to a GM. I don’t normally write reviews and usually only do so because I really liked a place but this was just a horrible experience all together. The hoops I’ve had to go through to get a simple refund is rediculous."

"had woman for her first experience since we were out. she really liked the brot, but was otherwise not impressed, especially for $8.75 for 1 sandwich. they got my order wrong and double charged and had to refund one after I noticed it. we will give them a chance, because it was not so bad to decide the future. even though I got wrong sandwich. next time I'm not going to be wrong with the number so hopefully she's not gonna be wrong again."
