"The staff at Chanello's Pizza are generally friendly, but I've had two disappointing experiences in the past month. My most recent delivery arrived 25 minutes later than expected, and the pizza was undercooked with way too much cheese that wasn’t fully melted. The pizza also got jumbled during delivery, arriving misshapen and messy, with toppings not properly staying on the crust. Although the manager was understanding during a previous order error when my salad was forgotten, I think I've reached my limit with this location for now. Unfortunately, it seems like many food delivery services have seen a noticeable drop in quality since March 2020."
