"This place was good when it first opened and I've recommended it to many friends and family but after this weekend I won't be back. Called in a take out order. Went in 15 minutes after they said it would be ready and the young man in the kitchen said he hadn't started it yet. Ok, no problem, he was obviously overwhelmed and didn't know what to do so I decided to cancel the order. I'm waiting for the bartender's attention to let him know so that they don't make the order and have it go to waste. Meanwhile, the bartender has been serving a group of ladies who walked in right after me with two dogs inside at the bar (rude). As he finishes serving the group of ladies, a group of guys walks up and he starts talking to them. It's frustrating to be treated like you're invisible so I say something to my partner. The bartender must have heard because he then says to me that he wasn't helping them and then looks at me like I'm an alien. This is a poorly run business and staff have no customer service training."
