"The food was good, which is definitely a plus. However, there were several downsides. The staff didn't greet customers, and everyone seemed busy without making an effort to take orders until you managed to get their attention. Additionally, there was no designated dining area; we were crammed into a small, cold space measuring about 8' x 6'."
