"The bagel sandwiches are fantastic, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, including vegan and vegetarian choices. I’ve heard some customers express disappointment about the lack of gluten-free options, but the owner has respectfully explained that all the bagels come from a local bakehouse, and it wouldn’t be profitable for such a small town to offer gluten-free products. I can appreciate that perspective. They’ve made an effort to find gluten-free alternatives, but nothing has met their high standards. I admire their commitment to quality, which sets their food apart from the processed alternatives you might find at a grocery store.
All of their bagels are steamed, resulting in a wonderfully soft and warm texture, although they also offer to toast them, which is still delicious. The biscuits and gravy are absolutely to die for, too! Their coffee is the best I've had—better than Starbucks—with a diverse range of options and flavors. Don't forget to check out their amazing pastries as well.
The staff is incredibly friendly and humble, providing excellent service. You can see that everyone is working hard to ensure customer satisfaction. The atmosphere is very clean and filled with local merchandise, including items from their own farm, showcasing their dedication. It has a charming small-town feel, enhanced by a delightful aroma when you walk in and soulful, jazzy music playing in the background. Each visit has been a wonderful experience, and I can’t recommend this place enough!"
