"Fate brought us here after a long day of driving from Chicago to complete some errands. We came on a Wednesday, which happened to be the day of the grilled cheese special. We chose to start with the special and accompanied it with the tomato bisque soup. Boy, was I not ready for that delicious combination. If that’s all I had for the night I would have been content. However, it only got better from there. When the pizza came out you could right away tell it was cooked to perfection. Every aspect of the pizza was well balanced, with none of it being overpowering. Our waiter, Julian, was very pleasant to have and made our time there a great experience. If we’re ever in the area again I know that Nick’s will be our go-to choice for dinner."
