"I had to share my experience here today. My family and I come here on a regular basis. So much so the waitresses know us. Today me and my husband came in. We were told they were a but short but would work it all out. Drinks came out quickly along with appetizer. Well while eating one of the managers Rachel was helping bring food to the table was bumped into by who I now know you be the General Manager at the restaurant. He never looked back to apologize. It was so hard until the guest at the table asked was she okay. I asked was she okay and she was shaking. Upon leaving the restaurant he was at the front at the hostess booth. I asked if I could speak with him he said yeah. I told him that we saw him bump into her. And it was rather hard. He was so smug and was like oh I didn 't notice. I said many witnesses saw it. I said you owe her an apology. He said I will but I don 't think that I did that.This is unacceptable behavior. He 's a big guy. And I know tensions could have been high due to the shortage of staff but we can 't treat our fellow co workers with disrespect."

"The smokehouse salad was literally the best salad I've ever had. The burnt ends were to die for. Soft, moist, bursting with flavor, appropriately marbled, with an amazing black crusty bark. Add in the bacon and jalapeno ranch dressing, wow. The lettuce and tomatoes fit perfectly with the above. Delicious meal, thank you! Now I can't wait to try the baby back ribs..."

"I always love going to Firehouse Subs because the ingredients to so fresh in the bread is so yummy. While I can appreciate all of the detailing a put into Every Sandwich I wish they had different packaging because it seems excessive having a cardboard container for the sandwich a paper inside and putting it all inside of a large paper bag. While it might look nice I don't think it's very good for the environment. But this Firehouse Subs was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly."
