"Was hankering to try something new and local so when I happened across this spot it was basically everything I was asking for. I 'm not typically a BBQ restaurant type so against my usual disinterest I decided to try it. It was later in the evening and they were out of almost everything but the guy taking my order offered me a sample of the chicken breast. It fell apart. Said chicken breast was so GD tender it practically melted in my mouth like butter! And it was so well seasoned! I can only imagine how the brisket is! The staff was really nice and I received not one but 2 big welcomes! My only gripe is the portion size! This place isn 't expensive but when you look at the portions of food for the price, that perception changes some. $13 for a half a chicken breast and 2 small sides of mac seems a bit much. Especially when you consider some of the other places I 've been where they heap so much food in a single plate that I often have to order a kids because the small is really a large! That said, what I tried was fantastic! Like I said, well seasoned, so very tender and just plain delicious! I 'd definitely recommend Righteous Que to anyone in the area but with the disclaimer that You 're gonna love it, it just won 't be much!"
