Just today, my burger was undercooked, so I called to let them know. They offered to pick it up, cook it properly, and bring it back to me. However, they went above and beyond: they delivered a brand new burger with all the toppings, along with fries and a complimentary treat! That was way beyond my expectations and a wonderful surprise.
