"Went here with my friend today. We just walked in due to convenience. The place was empty. I understand why. The server (Aloha Z) sat us down and would disappear for long periods of time. I ordered a burger and my friend got steak. I asked for my side to be fries. There was no mention that side is not included. The food was terrible. I asked for just cheese. Got mayo and pickles as well. Once she came back after 15 minutes of us waiting and I told her to please fix it, she gave me a look and brought back the same burger and bun with the sauce still stuck to it. She went away again so I couldn't ask her again. I put up with it. Once she came back we asked for the check. 51 dollars for what? 29 dollars for the burger that I hated (the beef was terrible as well) 12 for fries?!!! And a coke. That being said, I did not leave a tip. I couldn't justify the meal itself let alone the service. The server gave me attitude and said tip was not included in the bill. I ignored. My friend was nice enough to tip her 10 dollars, although I'm pretty sure because she was stared down by the server as she paid. Anyway please spare yourself the money and terrible service.
