"order a delivery. a sandwich came with a baguette..it looked like they just rip it off from the piece of the leaves with their hands and put it in the pocket. it wasn't even wrapped. how lazy can you be? another sandwich was hardly warm. I had no more panra, but I will not return or order again. it seems as if the workers do the mere minimum."

"We ordered a salad and a sandwichThey were efficient, price point wise very reasonable compared to a lot of restaurants these days .I do miss baby greens in my salads .I had a summer salad with Romain, lettuce and lots of fruit. It was very refreshing. If you like people watching, there was lots of them around to watch while you're eating .I didn't get any baked goods this time, but I know they're quite yummy from past visits ."

"Previously, I have always liked Panera Bread, but after this experience I will not be going back for awhile. With only one car in front of me, I waited in the drive-through for over 40 minutes. I pulled right up to the speaker and they said to wait a minute, over 15 minutes later they finally responded to take my order (I would have left, but a car was behind me so I couldn't back out of line). While taking my order the worker was SUPER rude! I only ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels. I got my order and it was wrong. My coffee was made with milk instead of almond milk and received the wrong cream cheese for bagels. I understand staffing shortages are impacting the restaurant businesses, BUT if those working at least were nice or apologized I would have been able to look past the ridiculous wait time and errors."

"The service was extremely rude! I ordered for curbside pickup, but my order wasn't ready when I arrived. It makes no sense to order ahead of time and be met with this kind of delay. When I inquired about my food, I found out they didn’t even have it. I requested a refund, but they asked for my order number and confirmed that I had the correct location—which I didn't! I only recommend going here if you're looking to be treated poorly and deal with incompetent staff."

"Poor experience overall. Lots of little things that in isolation aren 't that big of a deal, but they added up to a frustrating experience. When it was our turn to order the girl at the register seemed annoyed to have customers. My wife has a dairyallergy so we asked for her food to not have cheese and we asked for it to-go. When we picked up our food it was prepped fordine-in, but the lady behind the counter kindly repacked it for us. Later when we were ready to eat, it turned out that mywife 's order had all the dairy on it and she was unable to eat it, so it appeared that the girl taking orders might have beenhaving an off-day. We didn 't have time to go back to Panera, so we called 4 times over an hour and were never able to getthrough. The line would just hang up after a few minutes of ringing. This was the call to place an order phone number, soperhaps they just didn 't want the business? We were really looking forward to a nice lunch date but it 's pretty disappointingwhen one person can 't have their lunch."

"I stopped by to grab a special coffee, but unfortunately, the espresso machine was out of order. That's why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. I also ordered the Asian Sesame Salad, and it was absolutely delicious! I took home an Asiago Focaccia and three chocolate croissants as well. The Focaccia was perfectly warmed and complemented my homemade lasagna beautifully. The croissants were delightfully airy, and the chocolate cream inside was light and scrumptious! I will definitely return when I'm in the area!"

"I first discovered your cranberry and pecan bread at Hannaford's in Bedford. After trying the first loaf, I was hooked. The taste was amazing, especially when toasted. "Cafe style restaurant with bakery and fresh ingredients you can taste. I hadn’t been here in a very long time so I had to refresh myself as to how things go. You order your food at the counter first either at a kiosk or with a service person. We opted to talk to someone since we were unfamiliar. The man at the counter was nice however, every time a pick up person walked in, he turned away to help them even while I was answering his questions. Then he would turn back and ask me again what did I say? There was another person at the counter to help but he just wanted to be I charge of everything I guess. Although it was annoying since it happened three separate times, it was nice because I wanted to know if they could make my tuna sandwich into a melt. Which they were able to toast it at least. We were given our drink cups to fill ourselves and a pager. The service guy gave us a free drink since he probably could tell I was a little annoyed by his lack of attention. We sat ourselves and waited for the buzzer. It was only 5 10 min wait and we found our food waiting at a counter. Nice and hot and eye pleasing! The tuna had arugula, tomato, red onions no cheese which is why it’s not a melt. Lol They ran out of bread that usually accompanies the soup to dip so they subbed kettle chips which was fine. The chicken tiki Marsala had so many wonderful flavors and spices. It was nice to have a contrast with the tuna and broccoli cheddar soup! They were both so very delicious and perfect for a rainy day as we planned to walk to the Showare center to watch the Thunderbirds game after. We didn’t know what to do with our dirty dishes so we sat a bit and watched other customers pick up their dishes and take them to a station where you throw away your unfinished items or trash and stack up the dishes. Easy peasy. It was a great place to grab something quick with a healthier vibe. Definitely worthy of another visit soon!"

"I typically don't write reviews, but after being disappointed for the 5th time in a row, I feel compelled to share my experience. The wait at the drive-thru in the morning is always too long, and my order has been incorrect the last 5 times. I've received cold food instead of hot, and my latte, which I asked for iced, was made hot and then poured over ice, ending up with a watered-down mess. I know that customer service jobs can be tough, and I always try to be understanding, but the service at this restaurant in Kingwood has been consistently disappointing, especially considering the cost."

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The place is very clean and has a lovely atmosphere, with comfortable booths and tables, as well as a cozy lounge area with a fireplace. It was my first visit yesterday, and I really enjoyed it. I tried the "Pick 2" option and chose the chicken Cobb salad and the spicy Thai chicken, both of which were delicious. They also give you a choice of bread, chips, or an apple with your meal. I appreciate that all their ingredients are organic and wholesome! I left feeling satisfied and good about my meal. I will definitely return!"

"I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge great work when I see it. We frequent this location, as well as the Killian branch, but it has often been quite unkempt. The floors usually need sweeping and the tables require cleaning—just the typical issues. However, when I walked in today, I was pleasantly surprised to find the place exceptionally clean. My first thought was that they must have finally hired someone to take care of it. As it turns out, they transferred the individual who was responsible for keeping the Killian branch in such good shape, and that’s why everything looked so nice today. I made sure to let him know that his hard work doesn’t go unnoticed by customers, and I hope management recognizes it too. I have a feeling this location will be better maintained from now on, making it a more comfortable spot to enjoy."

"I ordered a classic meal: tomato soup and half a grilled cheese sandwich (part of the Sandwich and Soup/Mac combo). The soup was fantastic—I’ve always loved Panera’s tomato soup. Unfortunately, the grilled cheese was just "okay." While it tasted decent, I wasn't convinced it was actually "grilled." There were no marks on the bread to indicate grilling, and the cheese ended up all over the wrapper, similar to what happens when I microwave a sandwich at home. I'm not sure how they prepared it, but their idea of grilling is quite different from mine. On a bright note, the delivery was excellent; the driver was polite, and my order was complete and exactly as I requested."
