The wait at the drive-thru in the morning is always too long, and my order has been incorrect the last 5 times. I've received cold food instead of hot, and my latte, which I asked for iced, was made hot and then poured over ice, ending up with a watered-down mess. I know that customer service jobs can be tough, and I always try to be understanding, but the service at this restaurant in Kingwood has been consistently disappointing, especially considering the cost."
