"Service: Reason why I gave this restaurant a 2 star is bc of the lady that took our order on Jan.19 around 6:40- she took my fianc s utensil that that was rolled with a napkin and unrolled it and just let the utensil fly around the table. Not only that, at the end of our experience- we asked for to go boxes and the plastic bag they gave us touched the floor and the lady who gave us the stuff still continued to set the plastic bag IN the empty to go boxes. A little rude but I would give the service lower rate honestly.Food: I liked my Fianc s House Pecan Chicken. Mine was alright. I had the Cream Pecan Prawn but the cream didn't really taste like pecan. I understand the creamy sauce is supposed to be sweet but it is tooo sweet.. I enjoyed the seaweed salad and for the price, they gave me a good amount. I had the thai tea and it was good and my fianc had a mango smoothie and it was good as well."

"Frosty King, December 1, 2023 Me my daughter my granddaughter her boyfriend we all had came here after the ? ? Exeter Christmas Parade ?. So we really did enjoy the delicious food it was so good I got a pastrami sandwich with the ? curly fries ? OMG! I think that they was the best fries I have had from anywhere else plus a large coke we had gotten their filled churro 's a ice cream cone (dipped into chocolate) on top of that my daughter she had gotten something else altogether the kids also but everything was so yummy! "I have visited this restaurant frequently and placed a takeout order over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff was busy as usual, so I paid and waited. While waiting, an employee informed me that my order was almost ready. Shortly after, another employee apologized for the delay. A few minutes later, a coworker offered me extra sauces to try and even gave me a dessert for my patience. Although it took a little longer than I expected, I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service. In today's service industry, common courtesy seems to be on the decline, but this restaurant exceeded my expectations."

"I never go out of my way to leave bad reviews because it feels rude and I don 't want to interfere with people 's business but I feel morally obligated with this one. Stopped in because I love Italian food and a good sandwich, figured an Italian market would be okay but I was mistaken. Chicken cutlet was literally disgusting. Basically seemed like a few cold, dry, flavorless chicken nuggets torn up and thrown onto a dry stale roll. The veggies on it were not fresh and flavorless. I 'm basically a rat when it comes to food and can scarf down anything but I had to throw this out! Totally gross and made with 0 care. On top of that, apparently what they mean by Italian market is a few (expired) italian spices and peppers that you can find cheaper in the supermarket? Employees were also cold and standoff-ish. Not a happy environment at all. Does not live up to it 's name. Actually ruined my day. Might as well go to wawa next door.
