"Great experience! We made a reservation online and showed up 15 minutes. The hostes was very polite and was able to seat (which we told her we did not expect and were totally fine to wait) Our server, Emme, was friendly, had great timing, and never made us feel rushed but always showed up to fill drinks and check on us at just the right times."

"Awkward when a restaurant starts putting a hospitality charge on your bill, and still asks for a tip. Umm.. how about No. YOU pay your servers a living wage, you right 8@§₹ I never mind leaving a 20 tip, minimum, but yuck. Prices are high enough without you trying to shove YOUR costs even further onto customers. A plate of clam linguini damn well doesn't cost $18.50. So, I'm willing to pay it, but I now want to know what you're paying your staff. You don't deserve to have good help, clearly. I won't be back, and I will be talking about this with everyone I can think of. Disgusting. And at $18.50 for a plate of linguini; there damn well should be a cup of soup, or a salad. Not even a crust of bread to sop up the sauce? You wanted to charge me another $4 for some bread? Shame on you. A plate of pasta, no sides no nothing, no salad, no soup, no bread, and I walked out $24 lighter. Sans anything but water to drink. I'll go back to Cafe Jordano, TYTVM. -AND you charged me taxes on that hospitality charge Frieking bull-puckey to have the nerve to charge taxes on that too! And no, I did Not leave anything additional for tip. At $18.50, plus your superfluous charge, and tax, I walked out at $24. If I added a 20% tip; that's almost $10 above and beyond the cost of that plate of food. $18.50 plus $9, $10 in hospitality and tip; that 50% honeys. Nope. Keep your food and just try and keep your staff."

"On February 22nd, I wrote a review about our experience at BOCCA. I wanted to share some additional details. The day after, my daughter contacted the owner of BOCCA and received a prompt response. She explained the issues we had with the cancelled reservation and the treatment we received from Carlos, the manager on duty that evening. It was discovered that the hostess who took my reservation had entered my phone number incorrectly. A confirmation call was made to the wrong person which led to the cancellation. The owner took full responsibility for the mistake and apologized sincerely. He agreed with my assessment of Carlos' handling of the situation. I also had a conversation with the owner and he expressed his understanding and apologized. He is sending us a gift card and asked us to inform him when we visit the restaurant. This level of customer service is exceptional and I appreciate his efforts to make things right."

"This was our first visit in a very long time. The place was rather empty but we took an outside table under an overhang…great choice as there was a rain storm. Excellent service by Emily. We were disappointed that our favorite appetizer of shrimp and eggplant was unavailable but shifted to the mixed bruschettas and were very pleased. The portion was 6 pieces so plenty for 2 of us. We split the Caesar salad and then a serving of lasagna. We ate everything rather than go home with left overs. A pleasant evening."

"Unfortunately, the food quality was subpar. The bacon was burnt and broken, the eggs were ice cold, and the bagels tasted as if they had just been frozen. We requested a toaster, but there was none available. The condiments were presented in drinking glasses, and the butter and jelly were tucked away behind the omelet station on the bar. By 11:30, the donuts had run out, and when we inquired about more, we were told that there was no additional supply. For a group of 17, we had just one creamer and one sugar holder, which was inadequate. Additionally, we weren't offered our complimentary orange juice or drinks; we only found out it was included after asking at the end of our meal because some guests were unaware. We’ve enjoyed dining with you in the past, but after this experience, we will need to reconsider coming back. On a positive note, our server was wonderful."

Lacked flavor, sauces were overly sweet, and pasta was swimming in sauce. Had lasagna, and it was more sauce and cheese, but no noodles? "For instance, our fig and prosciutto pizza arrived with red sauce and ordinary cheese, neither of which were listed in the ingredients on the menu and shouldn’t have been included. The figs tasted like dry, sour sun-dried tomatoes and clashed with the overall flavor profile of the pizza. As a fan of Caesar salad, I was disappointed as well. While grilling the romaine and the dressing was enjoyable, having to cut an entire head of romaine yourself feels more frustrating than innovative. On a positive note, their cheesecake is wonderfully thick, dense, and rich, which I really appreciated. Overall, I find the main dishes to be overpriced and mediocre at best. I would recommend focusing on appetizers and desserts while steering clear of the other items on the menu."

"Arrived early and were promptly greeted and seated. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Great Service. My meal in particular was a sort of redemption for them as I ordered the same meal a few weeks earlier and the pasta was undercooked twice. I did order a different pasta but nonetheless it was perfectly cooked this time. We have been customers of Teresa’s for many years so I can attribute the previous experience to an off night perhaps? "Ordered Mr. Beast burgers from here. It was super hard to find I paid for bottled water and got cups of water. It wasn't even close to what I have had before with Mr. Beast in salt lake very disappointed. I ordered this as a pickup through Uber eats If there's anything worse than this restaurant it's Uber eats themselves. They refuse to refund anything. Even if it's not what you ordered they refuse there's nothing you can do. I honestly would rather eat here a hundred times than order Uber eats again"

"My husband and I LOVED this restaurant! We are from out of town, and this is some of the best Italian food either of us has had in a while. The penne alla vodka and the chicken picatta were delicious! There was a very nice wine selection, as well as a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The service was great as well. "My friend and I went to this restaurant for dinner on a Sunday night at 7:30. Luckily, it wasn't too crowded so we were seated right away without a reservation. Our server greeted us and took our drink orders, and we started with a Margherita pizza. It was flavorful but a bit doughy - I would have liked it cooked a little longer. We then had soup and salad, with me choosing the Italian wedding soup and the BRAVO! Chopped salad. Both were good. For my main course, I ordered the Lobster Ravioli Alla Vodka. The tomato cream sauce was delicious, but I wished there was more lobster in the dish. I like a lot of sauce with my Italian dishes. My friend ordered the Roasted Vegetables Spaghettini, which she enjoyed and had enough to take home for another meal. Overall, everything was good, although not exceptional. We left satisfied with our dining experience."

"Overall was very underwhelmed with the experience we had. I can understand a busy weekend night and or being understaffed but waiting near 20 minutes for drinks from the bar, that was a bit shocking to start, after ordering salads which we had no complaint with we ordered our entrées, I was very excited to try the Pasta Brio since it was a signature dish. When it was served I received a fair amount of chicken but legitimately less than 20 noodles in a bowl with pasta sauce and not much else. I would have left more full ordering a child sized pizza, which my 7.5 year old ordered and thoroughly enjoyed. I 'm genuinely like a mother who goes I 'm not upset.. I 'm just really really disappointed. Overall it was just a sad experience and we most likely will not be returning. It was just not worth the money for what the experience brought."

"Seven of us attended D’Angelo‘s restaurant for a birthday dinner. A few of us were was late and they waited for us to arrive to order once we arrived the waitress had an attitude. All parties ordered their dinners two of the parties ordered steaks one medium well and one prime rib steak came out well done and the prime rib came out charcoal broiled as did the steak both parties complained about the steaks being not cooked to temperature and we were told we were not welcome back to the restaurant I ordered a chicken special dinner and the pasta was raw my boyfriend and his father ordered a seafood dish it was watery and the fish was not cooked they were not willing to replace the dinners or serve some thing else we were told we won’t welcome back to the restaurant needless to say it ruined the whole birthday atmosphere. We asked to speak to the manager and or owner the manager told us we weren’t welcome back some young kid . and refused to let us talk to the owner the steak was bought back out we cut it open and it was well done is supposed to been medium well not pink whatsoever “who gets a prime rib charcoal broiled and well-done no one. When confronted nicely in a nice manner explaining it was a birthday dinner and that the two steaks weren’t cooked to the customers request they refused to serve anything and one of the parties wasn’t e em served her side dishes at all so the birthday girl and her friend left not eating at all .?Needless to say the birthday girl and her best friend left without having a meal whatsoever it ruined the whole atmosphere in the family just up and walked out it’s their loss I’ve been at this restaurant numerous times before not having any problems with waitress or staff and or food we will not be back whether they invited us back or not not a good place to go I wouldn’t recommend it. Rude staff ."

"My girlfriend and I eat at Bravo often.The food is always superb as it was tonight . The problem was the service . It was terrible.The server took our order and then the salad was delivered by someone else and then the main course by someone else again . When we saw her again we asked for coffee. She brought cold coffee twice . The first time she actually told us that it was probably cold and not fresh . She said try it and if it’s not hot I’ll go make a fresh pot. She then left to go make a fresh pot . She was back in minutes and it was again not fresh . We never saw her again until I had to track her down to get our check and again to give her the payment. As a side note,while we sitting on the veranda , a stranger came up to us and asked how the service was. He informed us that the last time he was here it was terrible and he had to wait 35 minutes to get his food and he never got bread . We told him the food was great and he should give the restaurant another try. We then saw him enter and get a table, hoping his service was better than ours . This was very discouraging as we really loved this restaurant."

"We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was charming—both friendly and attentive. The warm bread was incredibly tasty. The bruschetta lived up to its appearance and was some of the best I've ever tasted. The fettuccine Alfredo was excellent, though I would have appreciated a little more chicken in it. The stuffed shells were outstanding, and I loved the option of adding Parmesan, which was a nice extra touch. We are definitely eager to return and try more items from their menu."
