"We had lunch at the Lehi, Traverse Mountain Outlet stores location for my mom's birthday. As I was looking through my Starving Student discount card while waiting to be seated I was informed that they do not honor them. The card lists several discounts for Johnny Rockets at all Utah locations. I believe businesses should fulfill agreements that they have published, especially ones that have limits and expiration dates. I was not offered anything to change my negative opinion. We used to love the bountiful servings at Johnny Rockets, like the generous sides included with their burgers. Now nothing is included. I understand that times are hard for restaurants but fulfill your offers and don't sign up for the next round if you don't think the advertisement is worth it. At least offer an alternative. We didn't just leave because of the birthday celebration and I had a regular burger. The burger was good all lonely on its little plate for $6.99. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the little burger did taste good."
