"Having grown up nearby, I've been a regular at Edelweiss for nineteen years, and I've never been let down. That's not an exaggeration. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, the staff are consistently friendly, and the food is always delightful. When it comes to food, I can't think of a better spot for pastries, breakfast sandwiches, or even birthday cakes. I make sure to get their strawberry Chantilly cake every year. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend the caramel rolls, danishes, skillet Joe's sandwiches, quiches, and cupcakes, to name just a few. Their drinks, whether coffee, tea, or apple cider, are equally comforting. It tends to get busy on Fridays and weekends, so arriving early is a good idea; however, weekdays are generally less crowded. Overall, Edelweiss offers a friendly atmosphere and delicious food, making it well worth a visit."
