"I rated this restaurant 3 stars just 29 days ago, but unfortunately, it has declined even further. I ordered three rolls yesterday: the Sunflower, 49er, and California roll. The rice was extremely dry and hard. The fish was decent, but the rolls were sliced very unevenly, making the ends far too large to dip and eat in one bite, causing them to fall apart. The worst part was the tempura shrimp in the Sunshine roll; it was freezing cold, and the breading was soggy, as if they had cooked it days before and just kept it in the fridge. Since there are only three sushi restaurants in Pittsburgh, I’ll probably still come here, but I’ll stick to ordering sashimi from now on."
