"Went to MI Ranchito for the first time in a while today. Apparently they change their Taco Tuesday special so you need to get at least 4 tacos to get the deal. I order three tacos at 3.75 a piece for a total $11.25, was not told about the change to the Taco Tuesday deal that would have got me 4 Taco's for $8.00.Wouldn't have had a problem if they had charged me $8.00 for three but am very disappointed that I got charged $3.25 cents more for one less taco.Congratulations you swindled me out of $3.25, but I will never go back to your establishment again."

"Sadly USED to love this place. I always had called in for a loaded breakfast burrito with asada. I was told a couple of times that wasn’t on the menu but they could do it for an extra charge. Which I was completely fine with.One recent time I made my order which they gave me incorrectly. I called to let them know but still ate my burrito. Then when I called in another time, a woman answered and told me, “are you the lady that called for this order and we got it wrong?” And I said “uhm yes..” and she went on to tell me that “they won’t do that for me anymore and that they don’t do that.” How disappointing. I won’t be ordering a breakfast burrito of any sort from this tacos la villa on oswell."

"everytime we've gone, an item was missing or toppings are wrong.. This evening we waited 30 minutes for our drive threw order, after finally getting it (only because we asked an employee throwing trash)we got home and again missing items and toppings wrong.. the girl working the drive threw couldn't properly take an order either, hairhead status.. we asked if we had any available reward items and she said no.. when we got the receipt there was a list of items to choose from.. we didn't bother telling her because it was so hard to even get our order in.. this will be our last time going.."
